Fletcher of Sperry Van Ness elected president of WNYSCAR
The New York State Commercial Association of Realtors, WNY Chapter (WNYSCAR) has voted its slate of directors and officers for the 2010 calendar year.
Patricia Collins, Coldwell Banker Commercial Meridian, has passed the president's gavel to John Fletcher, of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Realty for a one year term.
Joining Fletcher as new Realtor directors are Jim Knight of MJ Peterson Real Estate and Glen Miller of Miller Commercial Real Estate Group, each for three-year terms. They join current board members: Steve Hunt of Hunt Commercial Real Estate, Randall Brown of Howard Hanna Holt Real Estate, Joe Leber of McGuire Development Co., Paula Blanchard of Realty USA Commercial Division, immediate past president Patricia Collins, and associate board members Doug Hager of TVGA Consultants and Anthony Gutowski of KeyBank.
Serving as WNYSCAR officers for the 2010 calendar year are: Fletcher, president; Knight, VP; Blanchard, secretary; and Hunt, treasurer.
