Fisher of Feil Org. facilitates three leases totaling over 38,985 s/f

Manhattan, NY According to Robert Fisher, director of commercial leasing for The Feil Org., the firm closed three leases:

  • Ernst & Young has renewed and expanded at 841 Broadway for a total of 27,000 s/f.
  • Digital Currency Group signed a 11,985 s/f lease at 250 Park Avenue South.
  • Bulletproof has signed a new long-term lease for the entire eighth floor of 257 Park Ave. South.

The new and expanded leases bring Feil’s Midtown South portfolio to 98% occupancy.

“These leases represent significant expansions for all three companies, all of whom are poised for more growth in the future. Our ability to accommodate this growth has been a key factor in making these transactions happen. The close proximity of the buildings in the portfolio gives our tenants the flexibility to add space when needed,” said Robert Fisher, director of commercial leasing for The Feil Org. “EY has been a valued tenant at Feil’s 841 Broadway for some time, and we welcome DCG and Bulletproof, which are two of the most dynamic companies in their respective fields.”

Fisher represented The Feil Org. in all three leases. Samuel Clark and Charlie Stephens of Cushman & Wakefield represented Ernst & Young. Michael Mathias of Savills Studley represented Digital Currency Group. Bulletproof was represented by Michael Thomas and Aidan Campbell of Colliers International.
