“Katsky Korins is our longest-standing tenant at 605 Third Ave., and we are proud to continue to support their growth,” said Ken Fisher, partner at Fisher Brothers.

“For more than a century, Fisher Brothers has been creating and maintaining innovative spaces that keep up with the ever-changing landscape, allowing us to support lasting tenant relationships and retain the business of top companies and firms in New York City.”

605 Third Ave. is located in the central business district, blocks away from Grand Central Terminal and the United Nations. The building features a renovated storefront that extends onto the plaza. The lobby features oil-rubbed brass panels and kaleidoscopic windows.
