Finn and Manuse of TVGA earn professional engineering license

According to TVGA Consultants (TVGA), Michael Finn, PE, and Joseph Manuse, PE, each have earned their New York State professional engineering license. Both Finn and Manuse joined TVGA in 2005, upon graduating from SUNY at Buffalo with bachelors of science degrees in Civil Engineering. Finn works within TVGA's civil/environmental group, while Manuse works within the transportation group. Headquartered in Elma, TVGA Consultants is a full service survey and engineering firm that has provided attorneys, municipalities, state agencies and authorities, private industry, developers, contractors and federal government agencies alike quality, value-based professional engineering services for more than 93 years.
