Ferriello, Tunis and Warshauer of FirstService Williams lease 12,285 s/f
FirstService Williams has negotiated a 10-year, 12,285 s/f lease for the executive headquarters of Veritas Therapeutic Community, Inc.
"Veritas was looking for a location where it could consolidate its six offices located throughout the neighborhood into a single headquarters location," said Eric Ferriello of FirstService Williams, who along with team members Robert Tunis and Richard Warshauer led the effort on behalf of Veritas. They will occupy the 10th floor space at 55 West 125th St.
The lease also provides Veritas with the right to expand on the remainder of the 17,000 s/f 10th floor.
Ross Jacobs was the in-house representative for landlord Cogswell Realty, LLC in lease negotiations. Sheila Naysan was Cogswell's in-house attorney. Lawrence Lenzner and Kerri Alessi from Patterson Belknap represented Veritas.
