Feinberg of Sutton Real Estate Co. handles $575,000 sale in Syracuse

642 North Salina Street - Syracuse, NY

Syracuse, NY Sutton Real Estate Co. have completed the following: 

Kristen Nave and Karen LaRocca of Sutton represented Smith Housewares & Restaurant Supply, a 126 year old business, in a lease at Empire Plaza Shopping Center located at 3150 Erie Blvd. East. The tenant will occupy 5,800 s/f in the former space occupied by Alfred Angelo Bridal.

Bart Feinberg of Sutton brokered the deal between seller Alciati & Alciati, LLC for  642 North Salina St.,  the Central Restaurant Supply–a family business for 50 years–and the buyer, Robert Campbell of Moved Today’s Rentals. The  buyer is an independently owned rent to own and retail sales home furnishing store, relocating from 705 N State St. The sale price was $575,000.
