Febo named senior vice president of residential at Taconic Investment

Taconic Investment Partners has named Peter Febo senior vice president for residential asset management. Febo joins Taconic from Home Properties, Inc., where he was regional vice president for the N.Y.-N.J. metro region, overseeing management and construction activities for a portfolio of 44 properties valued at more than $1 billion.   Febo will be responsible for Taconic's residential portfolio strategy, and will oversee all leasing, marketing and sales activities for residential holdings, ­­according to Charles Bendit and Paul Pariser, co-CEOs of Taconic. The firm's principal residential assets consist of the 1,152 unit MeadowWood at Gateway and the 1,416 unit Eastchester Heights in the Bronx.
