Famularo and Idnani of NYCRS brokers 3 deals totaling 3,400 s/f; Klatsky and Galloway of Time Equities represents landlord

NYCRS brokered the following transactions totaling 3,400 s/f: * NYCRS agents James Famularo and Ravi Idnani signed a 400 s/f ground floor lease at 1212 Lexington Ave. with AA Hair Salon. Famularo and Idnani exclusively represented the tenant. Scott Klatsky and Nadja Galloway represented the landlord, Time Equities. The ten-year lease had an asking rent of $200 per s/f. * Famularo and Idnani leased 500 s/f of retail space to Grand Bazaar at 1218 Lexington Ave. The 10-year lease had an asking rent of $175 per s/f. * Famularo and Idnani leased 2,500 s/f, 4th floor office space to Dellaria Salon located at 206 Spring St. The tenant broker was Evan Sheftal with Urban Apartments. The 10-year lease had an asking rent of $65 per s/f.
