Manhattan, NY James Famularo and Greg Goldberg of Meridian Retail Leasing, the retail leasing division of Meridian Capital Group, have arranged a short-term lease for public relations agency DLX Paris at 62 Grand St. in SoHo. Famularo and Goldberg represented the landlord in this transaction and serve as president of New York Retail Leasing, and director, respectively. Thomas Mahl of Susan Penzner Real Estate represented the tenant.

Located between West Broadway and Wooster St. in SoHo, the seven-story property consists of eight units and features 25 ft. of frontage on Grand St. DLX Paris is slated to move into the fifth floor of the building this month, which is also occupied by celebrity tattoo artist Keith “Bang Bang” McCurdy, who opened his second New York location on the ground floor of 62 Grand St. with the assistance of Goldberg in September 2017.

DLX Paris’s New York headquarters is located in one of the city’s most fashionable neighborhoods, surrounded by spots for shopping and dining, including Il Mulino Prime, BUSCEMI, Sola Pasta Bar, MAMO, Felix, Cipriani, the Soho Grand Hotel, and the James Hotel. The property is also accessible via the 1, 6, R, W, and A, C, and E subway lines at Canal St.

Famularo and Goldberg leased the fifth floor of 62 Grand St. in two months. “We are pleased to announce that DLX Paris has secured a prominently located New York headquarters,” said Goldberg.
