Excelsior by Stark Office Suites completes flex office at 717 Fifth Avenue

Manhattan, NY Excelsior by Stark Office Suites has completed the build-out of its new two-floor, 17,291 s/f flagship at 717 Fifth Ave. Set to officially open September 1, the flexible office space features 27 private offices, executive lounges and conference facilities, with views of Central Park and The Plaza.

A high-net-worth family office and healthcare advisory firm have already taken two of the private offices, with several additional leases underway.
