ERG signs lease at 183 Lenox Avenue in Harlem

ERG Property Advisors arranged the lease signing of 183 Lenox Ave. in Harlem. The property is located on Lenox Ave., on the corner of 119th St. The lease is for 10 years with 5% annual increases. Broker Seamus Rhatigan said, "The tenant has strong ties with the community and is looking to help develop the area." The tenant is a famous hairstylist and works for multiple celebrities in the music and entertainment industry. He is planning on expanding his talents to serve the local community as well as providing a great on site location to welcome his current clients.
