ERG promotes Botway as director of investment sales

ERG Property Advisors has promoted Clinton Botway to director of investment sales of the firm's Lower Manhattan Division. Botway specializes in the sale of multifamily, commercial, and development properties in the New York metro area. His previous experience includes being mentored as a senior associate by James Kinsey, CEO and partner of ERG. In that position Botway became an expert in the intricacies of the commercial property market in the Lower East Side, NoLita, and Chinatown. Prior to this, Botway brokered and managed commercial properties in the N.Y. Tri-State Area. Botway's one-on-one mentoring with Kinsey is part of ERG's approach to broker training. "ERG, like our competitors, seeks out tenacious, ambitious people to become brokers," said Kinsey. "Where we are different is that the senior members of our team commit significant time to ongoing mentoring and training of new brokers. In the end, this serves our clients and brokers equally well by helping our associates meet the demands of the industry's high learning curve." "I look forward to bringing an in-depth understanding of the lower Manhattan submarket to our clients and applying it in a leadership capacity at ERG," said Botway. "Our Investment Sales division prides itself on local market expertise and maximizing value for our clients. I believe the ERG platform will help achieve these goals." Botway graduated from Lehigh University with a double Major in Economics and International Relations and lives in Midtown Manhattan. Botway can be reached at (646) 253-0930 or [email protected].
