Epstein of HSP Real Estate arranges 1,000 s/f lease to M.S. Walker

Manhattan, NY Howard Epstein, director/leasing, HSP Real Estate Group, a member of NAI Global, has arranged a 1,000 s/f lease for M.S. Walker, a family-owned wholesale fine wine and spirits distributor, at 37 West 39th St., between Fifth and Sixth Aves. It represents the first Midtown location for the New England-based firm.

which serves retail, restaurants and hotels with its marketing and distribution services and manufactures its own brand of popular wine categories.

“M.S. Walker has a long history as a proud American wine distributor and its new location in the heart of Midtown perfectly enhances its legacy,” said Epstein. “The company will be at the center of attention thanks to its close proximity to Bryant Park and major transportation hubs.”

The landlord, BWW 39 Co., was represented by Mr. Epstein and the tenant was represented by Omar Sozkesen of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. The lease term is three years and asking rent was $52-per-square-foot. The tenant is expected to move into its Midtown office in June 2018.
