EMH Commercial Realty retained as exclusive agents to facilitate the sale of 2993 Fulton St. in Brooklyn

Brooklyn, NY EMH Commercial Realty has been retained as the exclusive agents to facilitate the sale of 2993 Fulton St. in the East New York neighborhood.

EMH Commercial Realty vice president of sales, Baruch Edelkopf, will represent the seller in this transaction.

2993 Fulton St. is a mixed-use property consisting of two commercial units and five residential free market units. The building was recently renovated and is currently fully occupied apart from one residential unit. The subject property is located on the Fulton St. Retail corridor, on the same block as the Cleveland St train stop on the J line and a block and a half from the Q24 running along Atlantic Ave. The location of this property on Fulton Street is a popular destination for local shopping and dining for the East New York/Clinton Hill neighborhood residents.

“This property is a well maintained free market cash flowing asset” Baruch said, “In addition, the neighborhood is seeing an upsurge in development in line with recent rezoning.”
