EMH Commercial Realty and Bestreich Realty facilitate $4 million sale

Brooklyn NY EMH Commercial Realty has sold 89 North 4th St., a redevelopment site in the Williamsburg section. Yona and Baruch Edelkopf represented the buyer. Justin Zeitchik from Bestreich Realty Group represented the seller. This is the third property that they sold on this block.

The subject property is located midblock between Berry St. and Wythe Ave. and is walking distance to Domino Park.

The lot features 25 ft. of frontage on North 4th St. and a total of 7,500 s/f of air rights that can be utilized to build a mixed-use building. 

The buyer filed permits to add three floors for residential use and maintain the first floor for commercial use on the North 4th St. retail corridor.
