Ekemen of Z Realty reps tenant in 40,100 s/f lease

Z Realty Group has leased a 40,100 s/f manufacturing plant on 3470 Rand Rd. to a Turkish based chemical manufacturing company. Zeynep "Z" Ekemen, managing principal at Z Realty Group, represented the tenant in the transaction and Lou Belfer, senior vice president at CBRE, represented the landlord. "It was a great challenge to find the right manufacturing plant that fits our clients' needs in such a short period of time that was requested by our client. Working closely on this transaction with Lou Belfer, with his expertise and proficiency, carried out the transaction to its fruition," said Ekemen.
