Efrati of Itzhaki Properties represents buyer and seller in $1.19 million sale at 711 Manhattan Avenue in Brooklyn

A three-story walk-up located at 711 Manhattan Ave. sold for $1.19 million in an all cash transaction. Ami Efrati of Itzhaki Properties represented both the buyer and seller. The building is situated in the Greenpoint neighborhood and was delivered with two vacant apartments and a mini market occupying the retail. The sale price reflects $317 per built s/f, and a cap rate of 5%. The building was owned by the same family for 30 years.
