Edelkopf of EPIC Commercial Realty sells 3341 Westminster Road for $6.2 million

EPIC Commercial Realty arranged the sale of 3341 Westminster Rd., between Caton and Church Aves., in Prospect Park South. The four-story, walk-up building houses 32 apartments which are all, except for one, occupied and rent stabilized. The building is found one block from the Prospect Park Parade Grounds, as well as within walking distance of the Church Ave. B & Q train station. "Prospect Park South is a highly desired, beautiful neighborhood consisting of large Victorian homes, in the historic district, and apartment buildings. This sale goes to show how hot the market is in this neighborhood compared to its neighbors and what beauty is worth to the right investors," said Yona Edelkopf, CEO of EPIC. Edelkopf represented the buyer, 33 Westminster Partners LLC, and seller, Rami Soosi, in the $6.2 million sale.
