Eberz of CBRE | Buffalo leases 3,278 s/f at 26 Virginia Place

Buffalo, NY The former Scarlet’s restaurant at 26 Virginia Place has been leased. CBRE|Buffalo’s Lida Eberz handled the deal. “Our clients had a wonderful concept and needed the right space to execute it. Our listing gave them that: A beautifully renovated space in a walkable neighborhood,” said Eberz, a senior associate. Scheduled to open this fall as Twilite Room, the 3,278 s/f space will be transformed into an upscale restaurant and bar, featuring a carefully crafted menu, live blues and jazz with a bit of prohibition 20’s theme. Twilite Room, which plans to be open seven days a week, will feature a lunch and dinner menu served until 3 a.m.
