Duval & Stachenfeld promotes Feder to special counsel

Max Feder

Duval & Stachenfeld (D&S) announced that Max Feder, a member of the firm's Corporate and Real Estate practices, has been promoted to special counsel. In eight years at the firm, Feder has distinguished himself by carving out a special niche, regularly representing sponsors and investors in connection with all aspects of fund formations and equity syndications, including structuring, preparing disclosure and other offering materials, and drafting and negotiating the operative fund and underlying transaction documents.

With expertise in the most complex sorts of real estate transactions — including sponsor capital funds, platform investments, opportunity zone deals and crowdfunding — Feder has served as counsel to some of the industry's most prominent clients, including Silverstein Properties, Almanac Realty Investors, Westcore and Savanna.
