Dunbrack of Philips negotiates two leases totaling 2,617 s/f; Ain of RE/MAX assists with 1,349 s/f deal

Philips International has signed two long term leases with two cellular phone service and products retailers at Philips Plaza on 601 Sunrise Hwy. totaling 2,617 s/f. Signing leases at the newly renovated shopping center were Ameritel for 1,268 s/f, and ZCom for 1,349 s/f.  Ameritel will sell T-Mobile products and services while ZCom will sell Verizon Wireless products and services. "Ameritel and ZCom will join our authorized AT&T products and services dealer, giving Philips Plaza three wireless stores adjacent to one other in the center which, I believe, is one of the first such instances on Long Island," said Mark Dunbrack, leasing associate of Philips. "Presently 100% leased, Philips Plaza now offers the community a one stop shop to choose their cellular provider, products and services." Dunbrack represented Philips in both transactions, and Gary Ain, associate broker, at RE/MAX Unlimited represented ZCom.
