Dreifach named director of retail leasing at MKRLS

According to Massey Knakal, Ellaina Dreifach has joined firm's new division, Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services (MKRLS), as director of retail leasing. She will be working with Benjamin Fox, executive VP of retail leasing. Dreifach was the senior VP of Eretz Realty. Prior to Eretz, she was an asset manager at DRA Advisors LLC. Earlier, as asset manager at Forest City Ratner Companies, she was responsible for the management and operating results of the Tri-State portfolio which is comprised of 12 office towers, 23 shopping and entertainment centers, two hotels, and one residential tower totaling over 9 million s/f. Additionally, she held the position of leasing agent at Peter Friedman LTD. "We are pleased to welcome Ellaina to our growing retail group at Massey Knakal", said Ken Krasnow, managing director. "We are confident that our unique Territory System and focus on exclusively representing ownership interests will continue to attract quality professionals to our firm."
