Michael Finn, managing partner of CBRE | Syracuse announces 3 sales totaling $1,360,000: * Marty Dowd exclusively brokered the $720,000 sale of the long-time occupant Dollar General at 189 Main St., Hornell to a Massachusetts investment firm. * Finn and David Thomas, exclusively brokered the $465,000 sale of 6400 Fly Rd., a 5,100 s/f office building. Wagar/Wenners Inc. sold it to Pear Tree Farms, LLC. * Ed Kiesa, CCIM, represented the buyer Zip Networks in the $175,000 sale of a 54,000 s/f office/warehouse building at 100 Wilkinson St. CBD Companies represented the seller.
