Dowd and Finn of CBRE | Syracuse rep tenant in 12,311 s/f lease

Peter Finn, executive vice president of CBRE | Syracuse, and Marty Dowd, senior broker, represented the tenant William Graber, MD, PC, in the 10-year lease of 12,311 s/f of medical office space at 125 Business Park Dr. The newly leased suite is on the first floor of the class A professional office building located in the Utica Business Park. John Murphy and Jeff Foster of Summit Realty Management, LLC represented the landlord. Since 2002, Dr. Graber and his team of surgeons have treated more than 5,000 patients at their Utica (Faxton St. Luke's Healthcare) and Syracuse (St. Joseph's Hospital Health Care Center) locations. His practice is dedicated to helping patients with weight loss goals through laparoscopic bariatric surgery. This relocation and expansion of offices is planned for mid-summer.
