Doshi and Mehra of Besen & Associates broker $3.65 million sale

Bronx, NY Amit Doshi and Shallini Mehra of Besen & Associates have completed the sale of 151 Bruckner Blvd., in the Port Morris neighborhood.

This five-story corner building consists of 12 apartments and four stores. The property is situated at the northeast corner of St. Ann’s Ave. and Bruckner Blvd.

The property was purchased by a group led by Steven Satz (151 Realty LLC) who beat out four other competing bids. “We had multiple buyers interested in purchasing this asset, especially because of the retail component,” said Mehra. “The inflow of new residential development, neighborhood improvements and convenient transportation will continue to attract residents for the long-term.”

The property is just a few blocks from the bustling retail and shopping district on East 138th Street, aka “The Hub” and offers access to New York City via [6] subway station at Cypress Ave. “This stretch of Bruckner will grow into a prime retail corridor in SoBro,” Mehra said.
