Dennis Greco, Founder - GrecoRealEstate.com

Name: Dennis Greco Title: Founder & Licensed Real Estate Broker Company: Greco Real Estate.com Location: 252 North St., Buffalo, NY 14201 Date of Birth: July 11, 1942 Family: Wife and two daughters College: Erie Community College First job outside of real estate: Master tool & die maker, the project engineer, then real estate salesperson First job in real estate or allied field: Residential salesperson at Tompkins & Fink Realty about six months, then became a real estate broker and worked in the commercial investment real estate department for five years. After that I started my own brokerage business in 1977, DSG Investment Realty. I changed the name in 1998 to Greco Real Estate.com. What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Over the years my business has become a family business. I was sole priory and then my cousin, Gary Greco, joined me. My wife, Cindy Greco, became a real estate broker. My cousin Louis Chris Greco joined when he was 18 years old, and the last ten years one of my daughters is working with us. So you can see why the name change. Everyone called it Greco Real Estate anyway. Our firm specializes in multifamily investment real estate sales; it is a full service operation. Favorite movie: "Casablanca" Keys to success: Honesty, hard work and don't sell anything you wouldn't buy yourself. If you had to choose another vocation what would it be? Real estate - it is the only thing I would want to do.
