Delisle and Monahan of Island Assocs. lease 5,200 s/f industrial/warehouse in Islip

205 Brookville Avenue - Islip, NY

Islip, NY Roger Delisle and Robert Monahan of Island Associates Real Estate Inc., as landlord representatives, negotiated the leasing of a 5,200 s/f industrial/warehouse building located at 205 Brookville Ave. The warehouse section of the building has over 20 ft. of clear space below the steel making it an ideal building for warehousing and equipment storage. 

The building is located off Commack Rd. and was previously occupied by All State Roofing. The landlord made substantial improvements to the building including a new roof. The tenant, Dussan, Inc., is a contracting business concentrating in work for the city of New York and state of New York.
