Delisle and Monahan of Island Associates lease 1,680 s/f at Islip Plaza

Islip, NY Roger Delisle and Robert Monahan of Island Associates negotiated a long-term lease extension for Fancy Nails at Islip Plaza for 1,680 s/f. Fancy Nails has been a tenant at the plaza for over 20 years and their new lease extension allows them to continue to serve the patrons of Islip Plaza for the next 10 years.

Islip Plaza is a shopping center anchored by C-Town Supermarket and Advance Auto Parts consisting of over 82,000 s/f.
