Delavale of Breslin handles 4,000 s/f lease to Kidville
Breslin Realty revealed the recent grand opening of Kidville at Willow Wood Shoppes, located on Wantagh Ave.
Kidville occupies 4,000 s/f in space formerly occupied by Gap Kids.
Kidville is one of the best places for families with young children. It offers classes and programs, birthday parties, and premium amenities to help kids learn, play, and grow.
Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization arranged and negotiated the transaction for the landlord, and Richard MacDougall represented the tenant.
Additional Willow Wood retail includes: Petco, Starbucks, Friendlys, NEFCU and Astoria Federal, Weight Watchers, and coming soon Pro-Health.
