Delancey Street Associates signs lease with Queen of Queens at Essex Crossing

Manhattan, NY Delancey Street Associates, a joint venture of Taconic Partners, L+M Development Partners, BFC Partners, the Prusik Group, and the Urban Investment Group within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, has executed a 10-year lease with nail salon Queen of Queens.

Located at 200 Broome St., the location will comprise 1,390 s/f of boutique salon space adjacent to the entrance of One Essex Crossing, a condominium component of the mixed-use development. Queens of Queens was first opened in 2020 in Hell’s Kitchen by Yuk Yu Ng. This will be the salon’s second location, positioned to serve the needs of Essex Crossing residents, office occupiers, and the surrounding Lower East Side community.

“Queen of Queens is a fresh, dynamic, locally grown business that embodies the entrepreneurial spirit of Essex Crossing,” said Andrew Katz, principal, The Prusik Group, a member of Delancey Street Associates. “The salon is the perfect addition to our live-work-play destination, offering an elevated experience born in Manhattan. We look forward to Queen of Queens’ long-term success at our community.”
