De Riemer to serve as the senior vice president of Savills Granite's N.Y. office
Mark De Riemer has joined Savills Granite as senior vice president at the firm's city office. De Riemer will be responsible for expanding the firm's investment sales practice, with a focus on office and retail transactions.
De Riemer previously held the position of managing director of the capital markets group for Jones Lang LaSalle. Â He has sourced and managed disposition assignments from New England to the southeast, and was responsible for more than $1.7 billion in commercial sales.
In recent deals he has worked with JP Morgan, RFR Realty, TA Realty, Cornerstone, TIAA, Shorenstein, Duke Realty and UBS, among other institutional and private investors. He is known for handling challenging transactions in secondary markets, such as the office building he sold for Liberty Property Trust in Allentown, Pa. for $84 million.
