Jonata Dayan

Manhattan, NY Brause Realty Inc.’s 320 Fifth Ave. is 100% occupied. Long-time tenant Mevram Services LLC, a national hotel services company, has doubled its footprint to 2,008 s/f on the sixth floor. Design and branding firm Marine Lane has locked in a five-year renewal lease for its 1,089 s/f offices on the fifth floor.

Brause Realty was represented by the building’s exclusive leasing agent Jonata Dayan, executive vice president, Resolution Real Estate Partners, a member of NAI Global. Dayan and her team have been responsible for leasing 80% of the building over the past five years and maintaining steady renewals. In addition to representing Brause Realty in each of the transactions, Dayan represented Mevram for its expansion. Marine Lane was represented by Bert Rosenblatt, managing principal, Cresa.

“We are delighted to see this building continue to flourish,” says Dayan. “Brause Realty Inc. is a hands-on owner that has provided top-of-the-line renovations and building improvements geared to retaining tenants in the long term. It is these kinds of efforts that have brought the tenants back to their offices during the work week!”

Located between 32nd and 33rd Sts., 320 Fifth Ave. is a 12-story office building that provides tenants with 24/7 access, 365 days a year. The building features a restored lobby with vaulted ceilings, fully modernized elevators, and renovated floors.

The office hub will continue to be fully tenanted through early fourth quarter 2023.
