Dayan and Ben-Dayan of Winoker rep seller in two office condo sales totaling $4.66m

Winoker Realty Company has represented the sellers of two commercial office condo blocks located within the Bar Building at 36 West 44th St. The two all-cash transactions, which 6,000 s/f of combined office space changed hands, sold for a total of $4.66 million. Jonata Dayan and Adam Ben-Dayan of Winoker represented the seller, TGG Holdings, LLC, in both transactions. The larger of the two deals involved 4,045 s/f of office space on the seventh floor of the building. The New York Genealogical & Biographical Society spent $3.025 million to purchase this space from TGG Holdings. Winoker also represented the buyer. The second office condo block was acquired by Solari Real Estate Inc, who will own and occupy 1,635 s/f on the seventh floor of the building. Solari spent $1.635 million for the class B space. The buyer was represented by TGG Holdings partner Gregg Roberts, who is also president of commercial brokerage CitySites Commercial Group, LLC.
