Davis of Largo arranges $1.8 million refinance of 29-unit multifamily in Syracuse

Syracuse, NY Aaron Davis, account executive of the Largo Group of Cos., arranged a $1.8 million mortgage to refinance the existing debt on a 29-unit multifamily property.

The project was renovated in 2017 and features open floor plans, granite counter tops, 12 ft. high ceilings and stainless steel appliances. Located in the city’s Lower Northside, historically known as “Little Italy” and more recently as the “Gateway to Many Nations,” the property is close to restaurants, salons and shops.

Davis worked on behalf of the borrower to secure a 10-year fixed rate permanent first mortgage with 24-month interest only and 30-year amortization.
