Dattoma and Maher of CBRE rep Loeb Enterprises in 30,986 s/f office renewal and expansion
New York, NY CBRE Group, Inc. has represented Loeb Enterprises—a New York based entrepreneurial firm focused on cultivating opportunities in emerging media and consumer marketing—in a 30,986 s/f office renewal and expansion at 712 Fifth Ave.
CBRE’s Anthony Dattoma and John Maher represented the tenant in the ten-year deal for the partial 6th, and entire 7th and 14th floors.
“712 Fifth Ave. offered Loeb Enterprises the opportunity to accommodate their significant growth, and in the process, created two usable outdoor terraces,” said Dattoma, CBRE senior vice president. “This is the third transaction completed on their behalf and we look forward to Loeb’s continued success in this market.”
The landlord in the transaction was Paramount Group, represented by Doug Neye and Pete Brindley.
Brooklyn, NY Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of 733 Dekalb Ave., a fully free-market multifamily and retail property in the Bed-Stuy neighborhood. The asset sold for $2.8 million.
