Danick and Moskowitz of Winoker Realty broker 4,080 s/f lease to the Kidney & Urology Foundation
Commercial brokerage firm Winoker Realty Company negotiated a 4,080 s/f lease with the Kidney and Urology Foundation of America at 152 Madison Ave. in the Murray Hill neighborhood.
David Danick, director at Winoker represented both the tenant and the landlord, Heskel's Paramount, LLC. He was assisted by Winoker associate Cliff Moskowitz, who represented the landlord.
