Dana and Kramer of The Dana Group lease 2,450 s/f to Lobel's in Trump Plaza

The Dana Commercial Group at Prudential Douglas Elliman signed a 15-year, 2,450 s/f lease with Lobel's Kitchen to open a store at 1030 Third Ave. in Trump Plaza. Gary Dana, an executive VP at The Dana Group, along with Rick Dana and Adam Kramer of The Dana Group at Prudential Douglas Elliman represented Lobel's Kitchen, working with Allen Weisselberg of The Trump Org. "We have been working to find the perfect location for Lobel's Kitchen for two years" said Dana. "Lobel's will feature prepared foods made with their meats, specializing in rotisserie chickens, smoked brisket, meat loaf and smoked pork ribs. They will sell the wonderful steak sandwiches they introduced at their operation in Yankee Stadium, and will also do catering."
