Utica, NY The professional office building located at 122 Business Park Dr. has a new owner. The property sold to ADHD & Autism Psychological Services and Advocacy, an agency that specializes in providing state-of-the-science assessment, treatment, educational, and advocacy services for persons with emotional, behavioral, social and academic difficulties. First Niagara Realty LLC sold the 18,315 s/f building situated on 2.2 acres in December 2015. Jeffrey D’Amore and Michael Kalet of Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company began marketing the property for sale in May 2015 and facilitated the sale on behalf of First Niagara Realty LLC.
