Dagar Group is leasing/managing agent for Heritage Executive Suites; Heritage Fusion Realty is property owner

Hopewell Junction, NY Heritage Executive Suites (HES) is a new concept unique to Dutchess County which offers furnished, individual office suites with shared amenities. 

HES is located at Heritage Sq. a two-story, three building mixed-use complex located at 2537 Rte. 52, and is owned by Heritage Fusion Realty, LLC.

According to David Livshin, president/CEO of The Dagar Group Ltd., the exclusive leasing and managing agent, the all-suites concept was created in response to a need. “Over the last several years, we continually have received requests for a more affordable option of work space from companies and individuals. By creating HES, we have addressed that need with office space ranging in size from 86 s/f up to 688 s/f. Currently, we have 43 of 45 suites occupied by professionals in a variety of fields including legal, real estate, consultants, IT, HR, accounting, investments and health related advisors.”

The 75,00 s/f property also includes a freestanding Rhinebeck Bank, Applied Materials, US Alliance Federal Credit Union, Storm GEO, Public Trust Advisors, Westchester Visiting Nurses, Dr. Kathleen Ennabi and Flourish Wealth Advisors. 

HES currently consists of 16,000 s/f of executive suite offices.  Each suite leased includes the availability of a full time administrator, mail delivery, common break room and executive restrooms.  There is also a conference room available for the tenants use. Additionally, secure WIFI, heat and electric are also included in the monthly charge.  

Heritage Executive Suites are open daily from 9am to 5pm with tenants having full access 24 hours a day/7 days a week through an electronic key fob security system. 

HES is located in Building 3, Suite 1 at 2537 Rte. 52.
