Cushman Wakefield | Pyramid secures multiple sales and leases; Includes $1.425 million sale brokered by Evertz and Cottet

Cushman Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company completed the following sales totaling $2.895 million and lease transactions: * Sonbyrne Sales Inc. purchased the 45,041 s/f warehouse located at 1 Eagle Dr., Auburn. The property, situated on 5.45 acres, sold for $1.425 million. Cushman Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company agents William Evertz represented the buyer, and Gary Cottet represented the seller. * The New York State Golf Association purchased the 6,064 s/f office building located at 4933 Jamesville Rd., Jamesville. The property sold for $565,000. John Clark, SIOR and Brian Balash, CCIM of Cushman Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company represented the buyer and Josh Podkaminer of Emhoff Associates represented the seller. * Farmington Lawn Care, Inc. purchased the 14 acre parcel located at 2964 Rte. 31, Baldwinsville. The property sold for $430,000. Cottet and Patrick Hillery of Cushman Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company brokered the sale on behalf of the seller Lysander Developers LLC. * The 11,076 s/f industrial building located at 6691 Pickard Dr., Syracuse was sold. Griffin Equities, LLC, the tenant in the property, purchased the building for $265,000. Cottet and Hillery brokered the sale on behalf of the seller, Syracuse Industrial Properties LLC. * The former Harden Furniture building located at 368 Lenox Ave., Oneida was sold. My Fun Properties, a real estate development group, purchased the 79,825 s/f warehouse for $210,000. Jim Laurenzo Cushman Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company brokered the sale. * Barnhart Crane and Rigging leased 22,374 s/f at the truck terminal located at 7200 Fly Rd., East Syracuse. Laurenzo brokered the lease on behalf of the landlord Lakelawn Express, Inc. * Mickey's Balloons of Bear Rd. in North Syracuse has a new home. The company moved their operations down the street to the Sugarwood Plaza located at 7575 Buckley Rd., North Syracuse at the corner of Bear and Buckley Rd. William Evertz of Cushman Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company brokered the lease. * Ondreas Centerstage Dance Studio leased 5,850 s/f at the Marcy Town Center located at 9225 Rte. 39, Marcy. Debra Acee of Cushman Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company brokered the lease.
