Rotterdam, NY The Hannaford Plaza at 1400 Altamont Ave. has new ownership. Wood Stone Holdings LLC, has purchased the 217,000 s/f for $11.1 million.

Cushman & Wakefield / Pyramid Brokerage Co. of Syracuse represented the seller of the property and Cushman & Wakefield / Pyramid Brokerage Co. of Albany represented the purchaser.

Peter Struzzi and Jeffrey D’Amore of Cushman & Wakefield / Pyramid Brokerage Co. will represent the new owner as the leasing agents for the plaza.
