Cushman & Wakefield arranges 9,300 s/f lease for Red Door Community at 114 West 26th Street

Manhattan, NY Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a new long-term, 9,300 s/f lease for Red Door Community at 114 West 26th Street, a 13-story office building. The nonprofit will occupy the entire fourth floor of the property.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Carri Lyon and Jenna Catalon represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, Dean Colin Properties LLC and Jal Colin Properties LLC, was represented by Jeff Buslik and David Levy of Adams & Company, along with Michael Beyda and Joel Kubie of Benchmark Properties.

"This lease marks a significant milestone for Red Door Community as they transition from their former townhouse on West Houston Street to a modern space in Chelsea," said Lyon. "The building's upgraded infrastructure and prime location make it an ideal choice for Red Door Community to continue their impactful work."

Red Door Community’s CEO Dan Latore said, “We are thrilled to have found our new home, and we look forward to becoming a fixture in the neighborhood as we continue our mission to make sure no one faces cancer alone.”

114 West 26th Street, built in 1911, is a 111,600 s/f office building. The property features new elevators and a refurbished lobby.

Located between Sixth and Seventh Avenues, 114 West 26th Street offers excellent accessibility. The building is situated near multiple subway lines, including the 1, 2, N and R lines, as well as the PATH train at 23rd Street.
