Cushman & Wakefield arranges 10-year lease renewal for HSBC Bank

Manhattan, NY Cushman & Wakefield arranged a 10-year, 7,491 s/f ground floor lease renewal for the HSBC bank branch at 250 Park Ave. in Midtown.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of David Hoffman Jr., Robert Billingsley and Whitnee Williams represented the landlord, AEW Capital Management. HSBC was represented by JLL’s Matt Ogle and Steven Robinson.

“HSBC’s presence at 250 Park Ave. has been a cornerstone of the building for decades,” said Hoffman. “The landlord is very pleased to extend the lease of one of HSBC’s most important branches.”

250 Park Ave. is a commercial office building with a retail component in Midtown offering Park Ave. location with efficient high-density layouts, light exposure and views. The building has updated its infrastructure to include a new HVAC system, fiber-optic phone lines, new elevator mechanicals and a modern lobby.

Located near Grand Central Terminal, 250 Park Ave. offers access to public transportation including Metro North and multiple subway lines, including the 4, 5, 6, 7 and S trains. The neighborhood features retail, dining and hospitality options within walking distance.
