Cushman & Wakefield arrange three new leases totaling 13,410 s/f

New York, NY Cushman & Wakefield has arranged three new long-term office leases totaling 13,410 s/f at 250 Park Ave.

Cushman & Wakefield’s David Hoffman, Robert Billingsley, Whitnee Williams and Sam Hoffman represented the landlord, AEW Capital Management, in the transactions. 

“We are pleased to welcome these new tenants into the building,” said David Hoffman. “Each tenant was attracted by the turn-key pre-built spaces, brand new lobby, proximity to Grand Central Station and the prestigious Park Avenue address that this building offers.”

Verus Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc, a commercial real estate financing direct lender, signed a 5,638 s/f lease on part of the 12th floor. The tenant was represented by CBRE’s Evan Fiddle and Joseph D’Apice.

Japan National Tourism Organization, a Japan tourism agency, signed a 4,034 s/f lease on part of the 19th floor. The tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Junji Miyake and Mariyon Robertson.

Banyan Street Capital, a real estate services firm, signed a 3,738 s/f lease on part of the 19th floor.

250 Park Ave. has completely updated its infrastructure to include a new HVAC system, fiber-optic phone lines, new elevator mechanicals and a modern new lobby with entrances on both Park and Vanderbilt Avenues.

Located steps from Grand Central Terminal, 250 Park Ave. offers exceptional access to public transportation including Metro North, LIRR’s East Side Access (coming next year) and multiple subway lines, including the 4, 5, 6, 7 and S trains.
