CTA chooses Jones Lang LaSalle and TR Advisors to manage R.E. assets
The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) selected Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. (JLL) in partnership with TR Advisors to manage real estate assets. JLL will focus on three tasks: serving as CTA's real estate broker, securing concessions at CTA stations, and increasing efforts to establish transit-oriented development across the CTA system. Leading the JLL/TR Advisors team are Kurt Little, managing director of JLL, and Lorna Moritz, executive director of TR Advisors.
