CSG-NY finances two multifamily properties in Atlantic City, NJ
Atlantic City NJ The Cornerstone Group of NY (CSG-NY) has financed two multifamily properties in Atlantic City, NJ.
2-4 S Bartram Ave. and 33 S N. Carolina Ave., consisting of 44 units. Russell Nova, SVP was able to negotiate a 15-year fixed product, for both of the properties, ensuring that the mortgage payment reflects a large portion towards principal.
