Syracuse, NY Syracuse Realty Group (SRG) has completed the following transactions:

135 E. Water Street - Syracuse, NY

• 135 E. Water St. was sold for $1.42 million. The 13,452 s/f historic Hanover Sq. mixed-use building contains 17 apartments and two commercial spaces. Orazio Crisalli Sr., Orazio Crisalli Jr., and Michael Arcuri of SRG acted for the seller, Spinarista, LLC.

1601 LeMoyne Avenue - Syracuse, NY

• 1601 LeMoyne Ave. was sold for $360,000. The 3,214 s/f turnkey auto repair/sales shop was sold by Timothy Guinta to Cuse Cars, LLC. Richard Morose of SRG acted on behalf of both buyer and seller.

6189 South Bay Road - Cicero, NY

• 6189 South Bay Rd. in Cicero was sold for $330,000. The flex building totals 4,950 s/f (1,800 s/f of office and 3,150 s/f of warehouse space). Arcuri acted on behalf of the buyer, CNY Flex Properties.
