Cresa brings Meridian Compensation Partners to 600 Lexington Ave.
Manhattan, NY Cresa principal Gregg Cohen and vice president Nicholas Markel have arranged a lease for Meridian Compensation Partners, LLC at 600 Lexington Ave., a class-A 35-story office tower located between 52nd and 53rd Sts. The long-term lease is for 4,407 s/f and is nearly double the space the executive compensation consulting firm currently occupies at 275 Madison Ave. In addition to prebuilt space, Meridian Compensation Partners will have access to the building’s executive amenity center featuring a conferencing area and fitness studio with green feature wall and locker rooms.
The landlord, LEX NY Equities, was represented inhouse by Cushman & Wakefield’s Harry Blair, Connor Daugstrup, and Bianca De Mauro.
