Creative Construction named CM for Brothers of Mercy project; to be developer/GC for former library renovation project
According to Creative Construction Services, (CSS) the company was named the construction manager for the Brothers of Mercy project located 4520 Ransom Rd. The development will consist of:
* Construction of a new build 110 unit senior market rate complex.
* Rehabilitation of the exiting 100 unit senior complex and
* Assistance with the submission of a NYS-HEAL grant for an assisted living project.
Additionally, CSS will be the developer/owner/general contractor of the former 6,000 s/f Fairfield Library at 1659 Amherst St. in Buffalo. The building will be renovated into five market rate apartments and office space. The company anticipates to begin construction this summer and expects to complete the project in spring of 2013. The projected project cost is $850,000.
