CRE Lending Group closes 15 New York City-area loans totaling $316.1 million

The CRE Lending Group has arranged the following 15 loans totaling $316.1 million: * $40 million ARM to purchase a 38,609 s/f, multifamily housing property with 54 living units in Manhattan. * $38.8 million ARM to acquire a 766,365 s/f, multifamily housing property with 1,003 living units on Roosevelt Island (Investors is one of the lenders participating in this deal.) * $35.8 million ARM to acquire a 843,545 s/f, multifamily housing property with 1,193 living units in Upper Manhattan (Investors is one of the lenders financing this acquisition.) * $26.4 ARM to acquire a 481,235 s/f, multifamily properties with 700 residential units at two locations in Manhattan. * $26 million fixed-rate loan to refinance the commercial mortgage on a 33,000 s/f parcel of land in Manhattan. * $22.5 million ARM to purchase a 279,000 s/f, multifamily property with 183 residential units in the Bronx. * $19.5 million ARM to acquire a 72,606 s/f, mixed use building with retail stores and office space in Brooklyn. * $16.8 million ARM to purchase 29,600 s/f of multifamily properties with 78 living units in lower Manhattan. * $16 million interest-only construction loan to build a 44,323 s/f, multifamily housing building with 44 living units in Brooklyn. * $14.5 million ARM to refinance the commercial mortgages on a group of multifamily housing properties with a total of 33 living units that cover 43,079 s/f of space in Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. * $14.2 million ARM to refinance a 98,834 s/f, multifamily space with 130 units in Queens. * $12.3 ARM to refinance a 146,400 s/f, multifamily building with 124 units in Brooklyn. * $11.8 million fixed-rate loan to refinance the commercial mortgage on industrial properties with a total of 68,820 s/f space at multiple locations in Brooklyn. * $11.5 million ARM to refinance the commercial mortgage on a 8,065 s/f, retail space in Brooklyn. * $10 million ARM to refinance a 23,904 s/f of multifamily properties with 29 living units on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
